Who can read it?
- No US company holds the chats. The AI models run on Scaleway's machines in Paris, so the companies that built them receive nothing.
- No training. Chats, documents and answers are never used to train AI.
- Web search sends no personal data. The AI writes the search itself. No account, no IP address, no conversation goes with it. The search company, Linkup, is French and handles searches in the EU, the US, Canada and Asia-Pacific.
- Outside the EU only when a user chooses it. Signing in with Apple, Google or Microsoft, buying in the iPhone app, and maps from OpenStreetMap (UK). None of them receives chats.

- Chosen by test. A new model takes over only after it beats the current one on the same tasks, in all 27 languages, including tests for censorship and bias.
- A backup for every job. If a model fails, the next approved one answers.
How does your material get in?
- Almost any format. More than 55 file types, scanned pages, or a whole website.
- Kept as its own collection. Searched only when a question needs it, so it never slows other answers.
- Kept current. Updated when your material changes.
- Yours to take back. Export or delete it at any time.
How do answers stay true to your material?
- Only your material, when you choose. The AI answers from it and nothing else.
- "I don't know" instead of a guess. When your material does not cover a question.
- The source on every answer. Linked back to you.
How does it stay up?
- Two copies of the app run side by side. Updates switch over without downtime.
- Backup before every update.
- Dozens of automatic checks run on the live service every day. Problems alert a person.
- Calculations run in a sealed sandbox with no internet access.

- Inside GDPRchat, with its own entrance on the front page.
- On your website, in one language or all 27.
- An API that works with software built for OpenAI.
